ACOA/ACDF: If you experience low self-esteem, perfectionism, feelings of inadequacy, feelings of guilt, shame or abandonment, difficulty in relationships, fear of intimacy and trust, or self-criticism, the Adult Children of Alcoholic and Dysfunctional Families (ACOA/ACDF) program can help you. The coping skills you used as a child to survive your challenging family dynamics may now be interfering with your living a happy, healthy life as an adult. The ACOA/ACDF psycho-educational program can help you understand and transform your childhood family dynamics so you can live a more vibrant and loving life as an adult.

The life-changing ACOA/ACDF program has been helping people in Virginia for over 20 years. ACOA/ACDF is now offered in Bethesda, MD. The next series starts in Bethesda on Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

The Next Virginia program starts Thursday, January 16, 2020.
